Burton has developed software products over the last 25 years for many different systems, including mobile, software tools, DoD, enterprise, and SaaS. He has also been part of four startups, with key roles in three. Expertise in UX/UI, with an outside-in approach to engineering.

Tim is a practitioner of those disciplines crudely assembled under "Distribution." In past lives, he co-founded a blog which eventually became an ESPN-affiliate, helped spearhead ESPN's coverage of MIT's Sloan Sports Analytics Conference (mecca for sports geeks who delight over data), and contributed to the (failed) social gifting app, Givt.
With a strong background in front-end development and web apps, Dan's focus with Roost is on integrations, websites, and UX. Past positions in marketing, design, and other startups have given him a well-rounded approach to problem solving, development and user experience. Worked with Google and on projects for large organizations such as the NFL and SI.
Mike enjoys distilling complex user flows and experiences into simple and attractive designs. An agency veteran, Mike has worked on large-scale visual design projects for HGTV, Delta Faucet, Keybank, and Darden Restaurants. Continually iterating, Mike’s focus at Roost is on designing the product experience and brand.
